Professional Interests: Taking a holistic approach to patient care, lifestyle medicine, preventive care, women's health, chronic condition management, mental health, and medical humanities.

Personal Interests: Spending time with my partner and our dog Junie, skiing, camping, hiking, rock climbing, weight training, creating art (mostly oil painting but I also love watercolor, chalk pastel, and charcoal), painting outdoors (called "en plein air painting"), house plants, cooking with my partner, reading, and listening to music and podcasts!

Professional interests: Medical Spanish, preventative care, women’s health, procedural medicine, palliative care, addiction medicine, lifestyle medicine

Personal interests: Trying new restaurants with my husband, camping and hiking, traveling, reading fiction books, playing board games and/or video games, and going to the movies (I love a good scary movie!)

Personal Interests: Outside the hospital you can find me spending my nights as a veteran in local soccer and football leagues. On the weekends I like to be in the mountains - camping, backpacking, biking, climbing, and skiing. I also enjoy being the worst in the friend group at golf and fantasy football!

Personal Interests: I love being outdoors — whether it’s hiking, skiing, boating, or weekend trips to explore nearby states with my partner. I’ve recently taken up golfing, always have a book on hand, and never turn down good ice cream. I also really enjoy spending time with family and friends whenever I can.

Personal interests: I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children, especially cheering them on at dirt bike races and baseball games for our son and dance classes for our daughter. I also enjoy reading, weekly ice cream runs with our chocolate-loving kids, swimming, family bike rides, traveling, camping, and spending time with our family and friends.

Personal Interests: Enjoying time with husband Nate and four kids. Traveling, baking, knitting, hiking, playing piano and singing, and cheering for kids in their various musical activities.

Personal Interests: Outside of work I am loving every minute of being a husband and father and you’ll find me spending all my time with my family. I enjoy long distance running and try to stay active as much as I can.
