Application Process

Invitations to interview:

ERAS applications are reviewed for the ‘26 ‘27 season starting at the end of September. We will begin offering interviews on a rolling basis beginning the first day ERAS opens. After all slots are full, we will invite students to join our waitlist. After review, we will also inform applicants who will not be offered an invitation.

Interview details for interview season 2026-2027:

We will offer both in-person and virtual interview days over the course of the season. Some of our in-person interviews will include an afternoon of skiing at a world-class ski resort.

Our interview season will start in mid-October 2026 and continue through the first week of January 2027.

Ski Interviews: If you choose a date with a ski interview, you can choose to join current residents and faculty skiing at one of the nearby world-class ski resorts. Your ski pass and rental gear will be paid for by the residency if necessary. All skill levels welcome! Plan to stop for dinner with the residency on the way home from the slopes.

Preferred application qualifications:

We perform a multi-category, holistic application review. Our preferred application qualifications include:

Graduation from an Accredited U.S. Medical School
Passing USMLE Step 1 or COMLEX Level 1 on the first attempt
USMLE Step 2 or COMLEX Level 2 passed on the first attempt and scores submitted
Minimum 3 letters of recommendation
